Welcome to the story collection at Christmas in Texas. I've tried to include stories for the whole family, with favorites for kids like "A Visit From St. Nicholas" also known as "'Twas the Night Before Christmas." And of course, you couldn't have a Christmas story collection without the biblical account of the nativity. You'll also find several Christmas stories from the old west, such as "A Chaparral Christmas" and "Christmas by Injunction".

I'll add stories as requests and time permits. Please do not request a story that is not in public domain unless you own the rights. If you want to share your stories, you are welcome to submit them for publication here provided they are your own original work. Stories must include permission to publish on this website.
