Sausage Cheese Balls

No matter how many times you serve these, they all get eaten up. You can also make them with vegetarian sausage. My preference for vegetarian sausage is Gimme-Lean by Light Life foods.
3 cups Bisquick
1 pound bulk sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½
cup parmesan cheese |
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
½
tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
½
tsp ground sage |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mixture will be slightly crumbly. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. |
