Linda's Rum Balls

75-90 vanilla wafers, finely crushed
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup pecans, finely chopped |
4 ½ ounces rum
¼
cup light corn syrup
chocolate sprinkles
|
Sift crushed vanilla wafers, powdered
suger and cocoa together. Stir in pecans. Combine rum and corn syrup, then
stir into vanilla wafer material until completely absorbed. Allow mixture
to set until it can be form into 1 inch balls that stick together. Roll
each rum ball in chocolate sprinkles. Store in air tight container 48 hours
before serving. |
